I am selling my 355 Challenge as You can see it is an excellent example. This is the lowest mileage 355 Challenge car I know of. Major/Timing Belts etc.. done just 100 miles ago by Dealer. Car has 11678 KM or 7256 miles. Car will be on a fresh set of Hoosier stickers when You receive it. Runs great, clutch, brake discs etc in good order. Comes with some spare brake discs, spare wiring harness and spare extinguisher bottle. This is a Factory Ferrari Challenge and is street legal in many countries of course. This 355 Challenge brought in by Risi from Argentina for Forrest Barber and he ran in the Ferrari Challenge in a few races. I believe they were in 1999 and at least 1 in 2001 in the 355 class. Car has no major damage in it's life. Has a tire rub on the drivers door and was originally a Challenge car not a street car. I believe the car was done at the factory as it was in its current state when brought in by Risi for Forrest. Forrest put all the miles on it. It had a 2nd gear replaced by Risi at one point for Forrest. Forrest also changed the color to it's current from Yellow. It will include at least 2 sets of Challenge wheels and is a 1997 so it has the 2.7 ECU.
Leakdown came in under 2% in all 8 along with 185-190 bs compression in all 8. SHifts great, smooth, no noise etc... from gearbox. Wheel bearings are tight.Has basically new brake pads. Clutch is great. Car is very quick. I have driven it a total of 8 laps at our local track and it drives beautifully. It has a couple of trick things in a console that inludes ignition switch and pushbutton starter button. Also has ABS on off switch. It includes a spare extinguisher, spare wiring harness and some spare brake discs.

I am looking at a 2010,2011 Porsche Cup for next year's IMSA season is the only reason I am sellling. SInce they only made 108 of these 355 Challenge cars and many are wrecked or damaged I thought it would be cool to have. Very rare, I like stuff like that and always loved the 355 sound/shape etc...I have a pile of detailed photos I can send if You have specific questions.
